At First I Was Upset...

When I heard that Google left out multitouch on the Android just because Apple asked them not to.

Then I thought about it and realized it was a really smart move.

This way, Google gets to avoid any patent litigation and it is left up to the open source crowd to add the functionality. Every time Apple sues to get a distribution removed because it incorporates multitouch another will show up a few days later.
